I got contact lenses!whoops-a-daisy.whatever that expression means.i got them two days ago and spent a horrible one hour and a half at the spectacle shop,first trying to put them on and then trying to take them off.i actually had to touch my eyeball to take them off.really.it was kind of gross...i was afraid i would,like,poke myself accidentally or accidentally press my eyeball deeper into my eyesocket or sth as shitty as above.but whatever.right now i'm good at removing contact lenses,but slipping them in is another thing.i spent like ten minutes yesterday trying to put them in,which is not a good thing,because most people do it under one minute and if i spend 10 minutes putting in contact lenses on a school morning,i might as well not go to school because i'd be dead late.i did think of getting colored lenses,like purple or red for fun...but i decided that 1)my mother will kill me 2)the school will kill me.And i got your bday present yesterday,Char...Its a book.hopefully you don't have it yet and will approve of it.
